WHY - "Filled to Spill"
A little bit about my journey to becoming "Filled to Spill."

In August 2014 I had hit what felt like was a brick wall in my journey to better health. I was worn out and tired most of the time. Discouragement was taking over. After trying a couple different diets and cleanses that really did not give me the results I was looking for I had just about had enough of even trying. I know and believe that it’s NOT all about a number on the scale or size of my jeans but I didn’t even feel healthy. I knew I was functioning much lower than my best. It was like trying to keep my head above water just barely surviving. I wanted to lose the last 10-15lbs of “baby weight” after number four YES but even more I just wanted to feel better! I wanted to feel better for myself for my husband and for my family! I was working out consistently but still not seeing the results I knew I could get. I felt like I had tried EVERYTHING and nothing was working. I was chatting with my good friend Rachel and she mentioned a challenge group she was joining the next day and I thought, “why not?”. Little did I know this challenge group would change my life in so many more ways than just health and fitness! : )

I contacted the coach leading the group (a complete stranger to me) : ) and told her a little bit about my journey thus far and my most recent struggles. She welcomed me to the challenge group and asked me if I wanted to take it to the next level and try the 21 Day Fix. I had actually heard about this very program from a couple of my other friends and knew I was ready for all or nothing! I would go ALL IN but if this didn’t work I was OUT! - DONE!!  I had some money from my Birthday and combined with a little stash I put it ALL IN! I joined the group, purchased a 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack. 30 minute workouts, simple eating plan and replaced one meal a day with SHAKEOLOGY. 21 Days later I couldn’t believe the success I had! Honestly, I went in with low expectations that were BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER!!!! I lost 8 out of the 10lbs I was trying so desperately to lose, my pre-pregnancy jeans fit, I stopped “needing” my afternoon nap with the kids and I felt aaaaamazing! In fact I felt so amazing I decided to join my new friend’s team and BECOME a beachbody coach myself! I wanted to share this feeling with everyone! I want everyone to know they can feel as amazing as I do!

Fast forward almost 3 years and I am not just some crazy sales rep that drinks Shakeology and posts a Workout everyday. Yes I do those things but it’s SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT! I believe God has given me something that I am PASSIONATE about to use as a way to serve others. I am no longer the tired, worn out Mamma I feel filled to overflowing and want to be intentional with that spilling. Beachbody has CHANGED MY LIFE plain and simple and I want to share this so that everyone can feel as AMAZING as I do! It’s not just the encouragement that keeps me close to other positive inspiring people & consistent with my own progress but a motivation to continue learning, growing and changing as I share my journey with others! I’m not perfect, not by a long shot but I’m much further than I was even 3 short years ago and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I am seeing God challenging, leading and guiding me to turn this from simply a hobby of running challenge groups for mine and my challengers to stay accountable into a business opportunity where I am bringing on other coaches to mentor and train to do what I do and spread this amazing feeling even further! For me this coaching journey isn’t about making money(oh the weekly paycheck are nice don’t get me wrong) but the confidence I hear in my challengers voices as we chat over the phone, being able to share what I am learning with other busy wives, mothers and friends. The daily encouragement and drive they give me, cheering each other on as we take one step at a time to crush those big goals and use our bodies to be the best God designed them to be THAT is what I do this for! I guess that’s what you would call “My WHY that makes me cry.”
